The American Range 36” Oven Range Series is designed for heavy duty use and performance in a commercial kitchen. Featuring 2 x 303mm open burners and a highly polished 16mm thick steel griddle over an integrated static oven, with reversible cast iron trivets to accept flat pans or woks.
