One of Cambro’s most popular models,the UPC400, is fully insulated and small enough to fit in a catering van.Food stays naturally moist and the vent cap on the front door helps release steam and pressure inside.

Features
  • Holds up to 6, 6.5cm GN 1/1 pans, or equivalent GN 1/2 or GN 1/3 pans
  • Airtight, removable gasket provides a secure seal
  • Stackable
  • NSF approved
  • Made of one piece, seamless double-wall polyethylene with thick foam insulation.

  • Moulded-in handles on sides allows for two-person carrying
  • Wide, plastic latch is highly durable and will never rust
  • Suitable for both hot and cold food
  • Easy transporting and storing
  • Steel plates within the mould ensure latches are secure.
