Frequently Asked Questions
As a general rule, we don’t sell catering/second-hand equipment, but we are more than happy for you to enquire.
Confirmed items that are cancelled up to 7 days before the hire date, will be charged 50% of the hire charge. Items that are cancelled during or after delivery, will be charges 100% of the hire charge plus transport. No cancellation by the Hirer will be acknowledged or valid unless it is received in writing. These are listed in the Terms and Conditions.
If you are collecting the equipment from our warehouse, you can pay on collection. If you are requiring delivery, payments needs to be made before delivery can go ahead.
The hire equipment is not insured whilst on hire. The Hirer is responsible for any loss, damage or breakage until equipment is returned or cancelled.
All installations are the responsibility of the Hirer and are required to comply with Federal and State Laws.
If you require delivery and collection, there are extra fees. Contact our office for pricing or visit the website.
The hire contract you receive will specify a return date & time. All hire items are to be returned between 9am – 5pm on the date stated.
The hire contract you receive will specify the date you can collect. The hire equipment can be collected during our opening hours.
Our opening hours are:
Monday to Friday: 9am – 5pm
Weekends/Public Holidays: Closed
If you request a specific time, we will do our best to deliver/collect as close as possible to that time. We require 1 days’ notice to organise delivery and collection. The driver will contact you prior to delivery/collection.
To confirm a hire quote, a copy of the signed Terms and Conditions are to be emailed back to us, along with a 50% deposit or full payment via card details over the phone or EFT bank transfer.
The hire units are required to be cleaned before returning to our warehouse. The equipment needs to be at least wiped out and no food to be left in the units. Extra cleaning charges will apply if equipment is returned in an unreasonable state.
