The Culinaire® range of Island Buffets provides a practical and attractive solution to the presentation and storage of food for self-serve applications.
The refrigerated buffet uses the Culinaire® under bench Cold Well with Gantry. The standard buffet unit has an internal framing that is constructed from heavyÂduty stainless steel, to endure the day to day use in a busy environment. Buffet units can be customised to suit any application. Options: Condensate burn off tray (factory fitted).

- Vents are fitted to cupboard to enable refrigeration unit to function correctly
- 32mm Laminated top and 16mm pre-finish board to carcass and doors to match customers decor (available in a selection of colors and finishes)
