A high efficiency, stainless steel burner, with a unique airconvected system, enables the Electrolux Professional 900XP 800mm Gas Power Char Grill, to produce consistent and powerful results.
Heavy duty, 25mm removable cast iron radiants, produce the char-broil markings and the distinctive char-broiled taste. By utilising stainless steel deflective shields below the radiants, clogging and flare ups are avoided, allowing for greater heating distribution to occur. Unit can be mounted on a variety of bases.

Burners are protected by AISI441 stainless steel deflector reaching approx. 700°C; top and side radiant plates distribute evenly the heating power while
protecting the deflector from direct contact with the dripping fat, thus reducing flare ups (PATENT US9591947B2 and related family).
